1) NHS App - a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on a smartphone or tablet. Please see link here for more information but it includes ways to check your symptoms, check your results and order medications amongst other benefits.

2) PATCHS - register today for this online service which offers a secure and confidential way for you to contact us. You can use this to report symptoms and get health advice or contact us about administrative requests. This should not be used for emergencies when you should contact 999 or visit A&E. Click here to be directed to PATCHS. We will endeavour to get back o you within 2 working days.

3) Hub appointments - They enable patients to see a variety of clinicians to be seen outside of core service hours. Patients can book appointments between 18.30 and 20.00 Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 17:00pm on Saturdays. Appointments can be booked by calling our reception team. The two locations are:

Connaught Square practice , 41 Connaught Square, St George's Fields, London W2 2HL Weekdays 6.30pm - 8.30pm Saturdays 9am to 5pm

Pimlico Health at the Marven , 46-50 Lupus St, Pimlico, London SW1V 3EB Weekdays 6.30pm - 8.30pm Saturdays 9am to 5pm

4) Requesting Medications - The easiest, safest, and quickest way to order your repeat prescription is online. There is no need to make a phone call or visit us; instead computer, smartphone or tablet users can request repeat prescriptions from anywhere in the UK – 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please allow 2 working days for your prescriptions to be ready (and take into account bank holidays).

Patients on long term medication can order repeat prescriptions by any of the following methods:

• Online – via the NHS App or SystmOne

• In person – hand the right sided counterfoil in to reception with the required items clearly ticked.

• By post – send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
